Friends, for instance, today I would like to share with you my complete daily routine—a routine that I adopted to bring about numerous changes in my life. This daily routine has brought immense health, prosperity, and happiness to my life and relationships.

Morning Daily Routine My daily routine remains consistent every day. I wake up by 5:00 AM daily and spend two hours working on myself—activities which primarily consist of the following.
1. After waking up at 5:00 AM, I drink two glasses of lukewarm water, after which I use the restroom. After freshening up—a process that takes about 15 minutes—I feel a sense of positive well-being.
2. To maintain my health on a consistent basis, I dedicate 40 to 45 minutes daily to yoga, meditation, and physical exercise—such as Surya Namaskar, Kapalbhati, and meditation.
3. There are numerous benefits to waking up early in the morning; that is why I make it a habit to rise early. By waking up early, you gain more time at your disposal—more, in fact, than most other people. You are also able to accomplish more work. Personally, I enjoy reading books, so I dedicate 30 minutes every morning to reading—a time I spend exactly as I please. Reading books provides valuable knowledge and also helps keep the mind free from unnecessary thoughts.
